Julia Rizkallah was more than helpful, thorough, efficient, ahead of my needs, to the point of going out of her way and beyond to make sure all my questions and needs were met at once. Talking on my behalf as needed, searching for answers to my questions, sharing all the informations she gathered on my behalf, giving explanations and sending me the infos as well for future references.
