He’s been outstanding to work with - listening to our needs, then throughly explaining the many (!) options and helping us to pick the best coverage.   Doug Carlson was instrumental in helping my daughter get the health care coverage she needs and can afford. The process would have been much more overwhelming for her without Doug's expertise because she had moved to a new state and didn't understand the requirements there. Thanks Doug!
