  I would give Dion 10 stars if I could. She is an outstanding professional who takes her time explaining the complexities of options, payment structures and rules of the system while at the same time acting with lightning speed to make sure that we meet tight (and very rigid) deadlines for insurance carriers. My wife and I recently had a terrible experience with Kaiser and we desperately wanted to switch to another insurance company, so I called Dion. Turns out that she was able to help, but we had only 4 hours to get it done! She stayed an extra hour to make sure we had all our questions answered and we chose the right plan for us and our two young children. I'm so impressed with her and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for insurance.
