Dan was very professional and friendly, easy to talk to, and made it easy to understand. I felt comfortable about the process when finished because Dan was so thorough in explaining my options but was not a "salesman". He is a broker that just wanted me to have the knowledge. There was no pressure to purchase anything. I liked that.
