He was extremely responsive and communicative. I had expected correspondence over the next few days to figure out an option for me but he was able to find a plan that worked for me that same day. On top of that, he was able to help me review my life insurance policy and provide me advice on that as well. I’m very impressed with his knowledge and the overall experience! I was not expecting it to be this easy.
