Brian started our relationship strongly by being an excellent Sherpa in terms of guiding us on the nuances of the Nevada system as we migrated interstate - He saved us $1000 per month for comparable benefits based on thoughtful customization of our plan. Where he has really shone is in additional follow-up. He has been very responsive when we found ourselves dealing with a primary care provider who was operating out of bounds of ethical behavior and he took it upon himself to contact the provider, the insurer and to keep us informed until it was resolved. I am SO impressed and will recommend to all my friends coming to the great State of Nevada. Bravo.
