  I highly recommend Phillip. If I could, I’d give him 10 stars hands-down! As I spoke to him I realized very quickly that he is exceptionally knowledgeable. He offered me exactly what I needed and a few value added things that I didn’t know I needed (for low cost). I didn’t feel pressured at all. He is very honest (no surprises), personable and a pleasure to work with. His response time is quick. No waiting around for emails from him. He’s your guy!

  I feel very lucky to have found Phillip. My employer dropped my healthcare Insurance, so I needed to go the market place for insurance, which was a nightmare...There was too many choices, good and bad and constant phone calls from all over the country. I was extremely frustrated and exhausted. I decided to get a broker and found Phillip. He was compassionate to my situation and very professional.
