Cynthia gitts called and harrassed my family member all morning, then upon my family member politely responding no thank you, she left a very scathing and angry message stating "you are only 26 so you are not experienced enough to do this yourself." And "it is very silly of you to ignore our calls." Unacceptable and unbelievably rude.

Super Awesome, Great rates, Great person and it has relieved a lot of pressure in our home. you should definitely give Zeke a call. I have tried to get insurance through other place and people, and he has done for us what other could not. He has been very responsive, and we are very grateful.

We have had a really hard time with our agent Ezekiel. He is extremely hard to get a hold of, and when you do, he does what you ask no more than half of the time unless you are constantly following up on him. Even then he still failed to cancel a dental plan after trying for months to get him to cancel. After hounding him for weeks he eventually blamed the provider, and said the only thing he could do was file a lawsuit. I then got in contact with the provider directly, and they easily took care of my needs. We tried to contact Health Markets directly, but we couldn't get a hold of anyone. Seems like there is some serious problems with this company.

Our agent gave us a quote for a plan without telling us it included premium tax credits. We were not entitled to those. When I asked him about it, he brushed it off with a joke about how most employee insurance doesn't meet the requirements. We now owe the government a couple thousand, and we had to cancel our policy since it was too much without the subsidies. Now we have no insurance and can't get any until January. I am a diabetic! I am also furious. This is very sketchy business.

We had a bad experience working with a broker named Ezekiel Hart. He stood us up the first two appointments we had with him to get our insurance started. He is very difficult to get a hold of. There were several times that I would text him the same question 3 or 4 days in a row with no response. We finally decided we had had enough when my wife lost her coverage due Ezekiel's inaction. We had asked him to update some critical personal information for my wife that was needed to keep her coverage. He said he would take care of it for us. I tried contacting him to find out if it was done and he never responded. I called healthcare marketplace directly and they told me her coverage had been dropped because the information was not uploaded. We have since switched to a new broker. I do not recommend Ezekiel Hart to anyone who wants a reliable broker.
