This was the worst experience ever, they commit fraud and nothing you can do to prove it. Make sure you get everything in writing if dealing with them. Agents lie and supervisors dont care. Have filed with insurance commission because its so bad but they lie about what they did.

I sign up for insurance in Jan and been getting the run around no calls from my agent just textes no body can help me didn't even get my health insurance like I'm suppose to probly will get fined from Obama cause of these guys! So unprofessional. If I can give negative stars I would

These guys don't have time for their customers once they've initially signed them up.
We met with an agent before Thanksgiving and set up a plan to start in Jan 2015. I checked with her a few times in Dec. to make sure everything was in place and she claimed I didn't need to do anything else.
Apparently there was a problem and we had to do a transition plan for Jan. and have our new plan start in Feb.
There was another issue that came up which necessitated a change due to a family member leaving school so we wouldn't be able to claim her. I left several messages to our agent, stating that we need to make the adjustment that "Your Health Idaho" requested. She never returned the calls, texts, or emails. I contacted the main office and the receptionist said no one could help me except my agent and that she would give her a message to contact me. Still no contact. I called and left a message with the VP listed on their site and still no return call or email.
They have been pretty much useless ever since I signed up with them, and I have been left to try and figure everything out on my own.
