  0 out of 0 stars I dealt with russ davidson. I thought it was going awesomely. All I needed was health insurance that covered speciality medicine, and dental and vision insurance. After being assured that what I signed up for was want I was looking for, I made all my appointments. Just to find out my health insurance does not cover speciality medicine and my dental and Vision insurance is pediatric (meaning it only covers people under the age of 19, I am 30). Called russ to find out what happened and how we can fix this, and surprise surprise he wont return my calls or emails. An insurance broker sells insurance thats their job they should be able to do it better then anyone else. But thats clearly not the case with Russ Davidson. Stay away from this place, they are horrible at their job. They just want your comission and your $20 application fee which they wont let you know about untill they have your debt card number.

  The worst experience I have ever had. JEFF FEDEROFF should NOT be in customer service. He sold my family 2 adults and 2 kids dental insurance to take effect Aug. 1 when I got the ID cards in the mail it was only for myself and my husband. I called Jeff and he said Oh they don't send cards for minors you're all in the same policy don't worry. We had our dental appointments scheduled for the 1st week in October. Our dental office called us the next day and said the insurance company did not have the kids listed. I called the company and they in fact did not have them. First of all WHY would I even make appointments for my kids not having insurance?? They said they would investigate to see if they could get it back dated for us. I called Jeff today to ask him what happened with the kids being left off. He was absolutely horrible. He told me to be quite and to quit beating a dead horse. He asked me if I have my insurance license because I am a know it all amoung several other very rude comments! I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. (By the way this entire convo is recorded on my phone) I should have seen the red flags when he tried to sneak in disibilty insursnce and life insurance in on our healthcare policy and lie about the costs!
