  Incredibly helpful, extremely knowledgeable, handles my family’s concern with care. Before Jesse was our insurance agent, my family had purchased from the health markets and paid a lot of money to United healthcare through the market and they never wanted to cover anything. I would get letters and bills stating the insurance denied my claim. Only after calling did they approve very few. After that year of costly bills I decided to out right buy BCBSIL. They also charged me a high premium and also didn’t cover much with the platinum plan! I waited all year to switch! Just to have the same thing happen! Finally after another year I went looking for a local agent to help. Jesse met with my husband and I and we picked a lower plan with BCBSIL and I was skeptical at first because of Blue Shield. Jesse set everything up to work correctly I have great insurance because he knows what he’s doing! Everything is being paid! I can walk into a doctors office with confidence and be treated appropriately. Thanks so much Jesse for changing the course of living through insurance for My husband and I and our little ones!
