  The best people ever! Five years ago Trent replaced my toilet and cleared my pipes. Then today Gregg & helper (didnt get his name) came out and did another amazing job! Answered my questions. Walked me through what was going on. After job was completed Gregg also gave me advise on how to prevent lines from clogging again & how to keep roots from growing into lines. They arrived on time & communication was amazing! Truly appreciate yall so much & highly recommend!!

  Trent has been my go to for years. I came home to a pond on my lawn. When I frantically called he was several miles away. He sent his guy (awesome guy wish I could remember his name) as soon as he was available. I figured out how to get the water turned off and his guy was there in about 90 min. Of course it was the water main. Old house, horrible pipes, everything went great on our side. Hole found parts being retrieved by Trent and then it went to hell. City side meter blew off! It had mysterious hole that no one can figure out how it was not leaking. City had to come turn off water and replace their portion. Through it all Trent and his guy were great! Handled everything professionally. Reasonably priced! Great guys! I can not recommend them highly enough! Local small business!

  In the middle of our home renovation, our former plumber stopped showing up and wouldn’t answer phone calls or messages from our general contractor. Our move-in date arrived and we literally didn’t have a single working toilet or bathtub/shower in our entire house. Our GC jumped in and did some emergency plumbing work for us so that we could have a working toilet, and then he called up Healey Plumbing. Bill and Trent showed up and dove right in. They expertly assessed the plumbing work that had been done and picked up right where the other plumber left off. They are currently also helping us navigate some less-than-ideal plumbing work/oversights in the master bath that have presented particular challenges. Bill is our main plumber completing the majority of the work, and I have been truly impressed with him. He is fast, efficient, friendly, and very good at explaining things in terms a non-plumber can understand. Today, he patiently taught me as a new homeowner how my freshly-installed water softener works and what I need to know and do to maintain it. Bill is also just a good, kind person. I mentioned to him when I was leaving the house one day to take my daughter to the doctor that she had had an anaphylactic reaction to something the night before. A day or two later when Bill was at our house again, he remembered and asked about my daughter’s appointment/how she was doing. Truly, I hope we can keep Healey Plumbing as our plumbers for life! From setting toilets to installing a new water softener and everything in between, they have improved our quality of life lately tenfold! Thanks, Healey Plumbing!

  Recently I had an issue with my water heater and a bathtub drain. Bill came out and quickly diagnosed the issues. He gave me several options on how to proceed and took care of the problems that same day. Excellent and prompt service where I didn’t feel pressured to simply replace everything. I will definitely have Healey plumbing back out for any future issues. Highly recommend!
