Fred came out to house and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Received an automated quote a week later after calling twice. We have questions so we called the main number and asked for Fred to call us back 3 times. She said we don’t usually do that and we can run questions through her and she will pass it on. We just want to deal with one person who we described the situation to and knows are system. I understand trying to be efficient but just lost a customer.

We had a service call on moving a sprinkler head and Brett came out and helped with few other heads that needed to be adjusted. He is very knowledgeable and helpfull couldnt have asked for better service. Thanks again Brett you rock man!

Terrible customer service. The technician was rude and insulting when I opened garage and asked him to stay back because I wasn’t feeling well. I wore a mask for his protection and stopped his approach to the garage from a distance. Yet, he was still rude and insulting. He did not call before he came as requested.
