He completely checked out our system, replaced both our UV light and our MERV 11 filter, diagnosed and corrected a setting problem that resulted in a lower temperature than desired, and made recommendations regarding some new filtration technology, which is important to me as I am prone to sinus infections. He was very professional, polite, engaging, and very neat in ensuring he tracked in no dirt and cleaned up the loose blown in insulation prior to his departure. He was absolutely superb and is an excellent representative for your company. I recommend him and HB McClure/HB Home Service without any reservation whatsoever.
