They worked with us to find a good quality product that they had in stock, and went above and beyond to get it delivered quickly due to an upcoming dinner party. The team that delivered were wonderful and very helpful. We will always use Haywood Appliance now for any appliance need and would highly recommend them to anyone. Great staff and service all round.

- MHMichael HoppingSep 22, 20254.0I have bought 3 appliances from Haywood since Hurricane Helene and have only good things to say about the company regarding those experiences, including delivery and their promise to service everything they sell. However, I can't say the same about the service/repair side of the business. I wanted a second freezer shelf for my new fridge. The price Haywood quoted me for that glass shelf was $108 plus tax. Today I purchased the shelf direct from Frigidaire for $42.72, delivered. Although I suspect Haywood isn't alone in charging exorbitant prices for parts, this markup of over 170% deserves cautionary recognition by customers. Be advised!
- JHJ HSep 7, 20253.0Heed my warning refrain from buying Bosch appliances. It's true the Germans over engineer. In 2021 three of our Bosch appliances were installed. In 2022 our range was installed. Installed by a plumber. The oven door fell off in 2023 and we were unable to reattach. They are expensive to use as a repair service. It was $175 in 2023.I believe they contract this service out. I've since have found a competent appliance repair man that is less expensive. We just missed the warranty. It took 5 minutes. I get it doesn't matter how long it takes. We've had the dishwasher give us problems and needed to be repaired.The refrigerator also. The microwave is the only item that has not needed to be repaired. I have a home with 15 year old GT appliances. All four have never had to be repaired and still going strong. Not true we replaced the handle on the microwave. Granted they were built to last longer back then. Just sharing the facts and the disappointment Bosch has delivered. Please do not spin this in your rebuttal.The facts are the facts.It's not about service, it's about the quality or lack of quality of Bosch.
