  Banking hours on Saturday are 9-12 but apparently they close whenever they want to. Now I can't pay bills and late fees are going to eat my lunch nor can I have lunch today. Google Says it's open and closing soon but I wasted this high dollar gas going to see why my check has not been deposited because they are already closed at 11:15

  I have been banking at this branch for 25+yrs. Customer service has always been (10 stars). Hannah Smothermon helped me today and my experience was outstanding! Dec.15, 2023 Belton Mo. branch.

  Joeve, Seth, Zach and Tasha are so so amazing. I love the Belton Branch. They always go above and beyond. Even Mark from the back office!

  Super great customer service! I can go months without being in there and the tellers will remember my name! 😱 I have recently switched an auto loan from a big time loaning company to Hawthorn and not only did I get an awesome rate but I love being able to see my bank accounts and loan in the same app. I am switching my next car and hopefully boat loan to them as well The branch manager looks really young. She is young just not as young as she looks. She is very professional and great with people.
