Unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. The representative who conducted the orientation came across as very pushy and rushed through the information. This approach made me feel unwelcome and more like a number than a potential homeowner. Additionally, she stated very firmly that the only model homes available were in the office location where the orientation took place, which seemed limiting and dismissive of further interest or exploration. Customer service and trust are critical in the home-buying process, especially when a buyer is considering making such an important investment. Sadly, the treatment I received did not reflect this. It was disappointing to feel that I wasn’t being guided or supported in a genuine way. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I truly believe that improving customer interaction can significantly impact future buyers' experiences for the better.
