  I recently purchased 3 cubic yards of top soil. The business did have an agent that took calls on September 1st when no other business did. After I spread the load, however, I found it was contaminated with gravel. I have spent considerable time picking it out so a core aerator can run over the area without plugging up the equipment coring holes

  Very competitive prices! Online order was easy as can be. Calls to ask questions were handled professionally and properly. The product arrived when they said it would (next day) and the driver was nice, courteous and professional. Oh...and unlike their competitor, they ANSWERED the phone. Highly recommend these folks.

  I ordered 5 yards of masonry sand to be delivered. On the day of delivery, I did not hear anything for them so I called and was told it would be dropped off later in the day. The next day, Mother’s Day, they call at 7:30 AM telling me they’re on their way. The sand delivered is concrete sand and is full of rocks stones and pebbles. I tried screening the sand in order to use it for my project, but there is just way too much rock in it. This would not spec out as masonry sand. I spoke to Marina, who was very nice and completely understanding. She said she was going to speak to her manager or someone and get back to me. The next day I was at work and got a call from the driver which I could not answer. He texted me and said he was bringing 2 yards of new, clean sand to make up for the 5 yards they delivered previously, which was not useable. When I got home and took a look at the new sand, it is exactly the same as the original sand they delivered. Concrete sand. Now I have 7 yards of unusable sand in my driveway. I have literally posted it on Facebook as free just to try and get it out of my driveway so I can order from another Supplier who I went and took a look at their masonry sand and it is completely clean. This is beyond frustrating and I’m going to end up paying double for my job and probably have tons of sand in my driveway for months until I can find someone to take it.
