Hawkins is very unprofessional from Human resources to there in house management team. Hawkins will tell you a day they will be there and not show nor communicate that they will not be there. Was a customer for over 5 years and would not recommend them to anyone. No customer service. They will argue with you even if the issue is clearly there mistake. If you are a owner or manager of a building don't waist your time or money with Hawkins you will be very unsatisfied plus get over changed for horrible service. Hawkins does not care and will not try to make things better...even if it's there fault. I tried reaching out over 4 times from there Human resources who I left a msg that it was very urgent I speak with someone, no response what so ever. Tried to talk to John the supervisor who said there is nothing he can do and makes it seem that I am the issue and his team is not in the wrong. Tried to talk to Troy the manager who laughed in my face when I stated I should not have to pay full price and should recieve a discount because of the money we had to spend elsewhere to try and keep our food frozen as well as the food that we lost. Troy also saying go ahead I want you to call my boss when I told him I would like to speak to him. To even sarah the scheduler who was very rude and continued to argue with me that they did not tell me hawkins would be out on a day(no they did not tell me a time) but did say what day. Each person I spoke with instead of helping the situation that they cuased asked if I wanted them to cancel the ticket because I stated if I would have known this was the case I would have called another company even after I told them we were a long time customer. We have used Hawkins multiple times for repairs and sometimes they are able to fix the problem and sometimes not. Our most recent visit was an overtime visit that required $625 of labor just to diagnose a problem. That didn't cover any fixing of the issue! They they came back with a small tube for the sanitizer (Over $100 for a little tube!) and $1,000 later the machine had a new sanitizer tube. So all in it was $1,600 to fix the machine with a small sanitizer pump issue. This was for an under counter dishwasher at a bar in south Denver. I appreciated our technician, he was very kind, but ultimately the value of the service was a total rip off. The dishwasher probably isn't even worth $1,600... I talked to Bert the manager to see if there was anything he could do to help me out on a huge ticket for a small fix and he said no, which really bummed me out. I am in the service industry and if any customer was not satisfied with our service I would do literally anything to make it better experience. I am super disappointed.

Extremely unprofessional dispatch team.
After a week of waiting for a call back to schedule a service I was told that I never requested service and that because I have not requested their services for a while they no longer wanted me as a customer.
Dispatch, I believe her name was Sarah, called me back to shout about how it's rude to not say goodbye before putting the phone down, then proceeds to put the phone down on me mid-sentence.
Utterly childish and unprofessional.

Sam and Marsh in the service department took very good care of me. I was afraid I was going to pay a fortune for my repairs. Sam went out of his way to find a far less expensive repair saving me well over $1,500. I will always bring my issue to Hawkins

Couldn't even put me in the schedule without demanding credit card first. 1-4 days before they even said anyone would call me back to schedule service. Expressed concerned about giving credit card without any service agreement and the lady on the phone didn't offer to explain anything just said that is just the way it is and said "good luck".
