  I called to get a quote from Hawkeye Services and decided to not book an appointment, but then I keep getting phone calls from Horizion Services (I think they merged). My review is solely based on the fact how after that phone call, Horizon Services now calls my number almost every single day and I have blocked their number but that doesn't stop them from leaving voice-mails, which is the same exact automated message about 'getting an exclusive discount' - for a job they don't even know the details about. I have repeatedly called them to get my number removed from their calling list, each time they said they did it, and then the phone calls still continue. They do incessantly call multiple times a day, even on Saturdays.

  Steve came to my rescue late Friday night and spent an hour setting up a temporary electric workaround so that I didn't have to go the whole weekend without power. He then got and installed a replacement WAY faster than expected. I have never been so impressed with any service. I will be using Hawkeye Electric for any and all of my electricity needs in the future.
