I didn't receive a bill in the mail for last month and waited to see if it would arrive. Instead, I received a delinquent notice with a late fee added. In addition, I noticed the maintenance fee had increased slightly without any explanation.
Unfortunately, consistently disappointed with the level of service provided by this HOA management company. Communication is severely lacking—phone calls to multiple listed numbers go unanswered, and messages often go without a response for extended periods, if at all. When I have managed to get through, the communication has been vague and unhelpful.
As a homeowner, it's frustrating to feel ignored when trying to resolve community concerns or get clarity on important issues. A management company should be responsive, organized, and proactive—unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
I hope to see significant improvements in their responsiveness and professionalism moving forward.
Hire people who harass and threaten to fine home owners. If a condo has them as their management company, don’t buy
Terrible company taking advantage and trying to charge late fees on accounts that are not accurately updated. Even though they know the account is not up to date they still do not make it correct even when they know it is their mistake no one in this company cares as long as they get as much money as they possibly can. Not honest people!

The most terrible property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Confusing when it comes to maintenance fees, trying to charge ME late fees and additional fees for things that have already been paid before THEIR due dates, then trying to charge after they cash payments after those dates. They also fired the best resident manager we’ve had in over 2 years, with the reason being people complaining about his “scary Rottweilers” who were the most well-behaved dogs ever. They basically gave him a choice to get rid of the dogs or resign so he resigned when he was the best we’ve had in the longest time. It should say something about the management company when you get a new resident manager every 1.5-2 years. I pay almost $1600 in just maintenance fees for almost a year and little to nothing has been done towards “improvement” of the grounds. Lights in our parking lot have been out for almost 2 years, there are constant plumbing issues, leaky roof issues that go unresolved, and terrible communication between management company and residents. Many people are long-time residents here so they’re used to terrible management but for some reason we continuously get charged more for less, are always left hanging, and see little improvements for what our money goes to. I hope our complex changes management companies soon. Hawaiiana Management is a joke!!!
(p.s. the complex experiencing this LACK of management is Village Green in Hawaii Kai)
