  I ordered some parts for my 5th wheel trailer from Brian Eck at Havastyle Recreation. Upon delivery we both should have opened the box and inspected the parts as they were damaged . I emailed photos to Brian and he opened a claim with Forest River. during the process Brian kept me informed on the progress and responds quickly to emails . Took Brian quite a long time to get this resolved spending countless hours with Forest River . Thank you to Brian for sticking with is and getting the parts replaced.

  If you enjoy being swindled this is your place. sold me a boat with a bad fuel pump and made it so impossible to get it serviced so i had to give up and do it myself. My registration sat in the sales area for months after call after call no one wanted to help due to i didn't buy a 300k boat. DMV gave me all the info to find that they in fact had my trailer registration for months at the havascrew recreation.

  Update: they still treat me like day one. They care! Definitely recommend. Friends referred us to Hava Style and we’re happy they did. As commented on previous reviews Kam was extremely tentative and knowledgeable. We happen to show up on a Saturday around 4pm to browse their boat inventory from the sidewalk but Kam was there to open up for us. He was thorough in showing us inventory and patient with our questions. We found one we liked and started the process. Jaime took care of the admin paperwork while Kam made sure the boat was ready for us. He took us for a test run. He showed us all the boat’s features while on the water amd he was very patient. There were issues we found with our newly purchased tritoon but Kam took care of them right away. What makes a difference is how a client is treated after the sale and our experience has been noteworthy. Although there were minor issues with our new boat, Kam and Jaime treated our boat issues with priority. I get my boat back this week, so we’ll keep review readers updated with our results but so far so good. Kam and Jaime are a great team and I would recommend Hava Style if you’re looking.
