  They did an amazing job replacing my floor after a HVAC flooding issue. They were professional, mindful and respectful of us and our home. Beautiful workmanship too. Would highly recommend.

  Amazing people! Austin, you are truly amazing. I went from anxiety out of the wazo, to comfortable and understand all that is going on with my house. You have been nothing but family towards me and treated me as such. We still got a get down to the bottom of this, but we are doing it together and as a team. If you ever have any doubts about the services hassle free provides, don't. They care about you and your well being. Phenomenal people and phenomenal service!

  The name doesn’t fit the service. Called to verify that work was done on a property & Austin cursed me out, screamed and yelled at me because he was frustrated because he was getting a lot of questions from different people. Work on a property was supposed to be completed by a licensed contractor and I was calling to verify this company did the work and Austin was incredibly rude! Would never recommend this company

  After water damage from a plumbing problem, Austin was recommended by one of the water mitigation specialists. He made sure he was present when the insurance appraiser was here and pointed out some important parameters that may otherwise have been overlooked. I felt throughout the whole process that he had my back and wanted my home to be exactly as I wanted it. He spent a lot of time making sure to match the existing wood trim, and match the stain up exactly with my existing woodwork. Similarly, the tile work, plaster work, and flooring were all done on time and very professionally. Truly better than when we started! Honest, organized, and highly recommended. Thanks, Austin.

  I had extensive termite damage under my house resulting in replacing beams and joists. This crew came in and replaced all the damage in 3 1/2 days. They also leveled out the floor with minimal cracking inside. I was kept abreast of what to expect at every step of the process. I am beyond happy with the results and would recommend them over and over again. They will always be my 1st call if I ever need anything else done.
