Accompanied by my ten-month-old granddaughter and a valued friend, I recently enjoyed a birthday lunch at your establishment. The environment was exceptionally clean, the cuisine was delightful, and our waitress demonstrated remarkable kindness and patience, particularly in accommodating my granddaughter's needs.

I’ve had a number of great meals here over the years but I’m writing this review for a private event / anniversary luncheon we just held. The events team was fantastic and flexible to work with during the planning process, and the food, ambience, and service during the event were excellent. We had about 30 people and I felt the event package was a great value. Thank you!

This place had a very nice looking atmosphere very welcoming and had a cozy dining experience feeling. We were able to walk in and get seated all seven of us very quickly. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was not very good. I am currently practicing the carnivore diet, and there are no good options at this place. However, there are a disproportionately large amount of plant based in vegan options which do not suit me. Please understand that like vegans there are also carnivores. Please don’t ignore us. The service was slow, and the brunch steak and eggs that I ordered came with tomato chunks and onions on top. This was a surprise default to me. I did brush off the vegetables. However, the whole New York strip tasted like a giant tomato, which I paid 42 dollars for. This was pretty disgusting. I don’t think I can come back here until they have some better carnivore choices.

Our daughter set up a engagement dinner there last night as we had @ 20 people and she loved the food last time she was there.
we had 3 at our table who did not like the scallops, shrimp rosottlo as it smelled fishy and loaded with salt and could not eat.
service for a 18 top should have 1 1/2 servers commited just to this table alone We had several different servers so it was hit or miss at times..drinks were every 1/2 hour or longer. Before i go furthef i have eaten in some of the finest restaurants from the west to east coast and worked in the field and trained by some of the Best for over 35 years and very fortunate to have done so. Customer Service has to be the #1 focus and food Quality as well. When i asked for the manager. (Lets just call her maggie ) I found her to keep saying well i took it off the bill. it wasnt about the money as much as her general concern and attitude to help with problems or compliments that customers ask a manager for. When she called my wife to be a liar thats what did me in. I knew she really didnt care then and before. People with nut allergies or cant chew them shoùld not be found out there desert has n̈uts in it while its in there mouth. when i addresseed this with Maggie i was told to point the people out who served them and she would fire them. i guess firing them at this restuarant is easier then training them. i was not upset with the serving staff as they were very polite.
Mistakes and problems happen every day. But how we handle and treat your paying cutomers has to be key. the customers pay the workers salary not the business owner. What concerned me is our daughter spoke very highly to me of the Harvest Grill And her special night was just not what she was expecting from such a high end establishment. Hopè Maggie gets the training she so desperately needs.

We discovered this restaurant when we moved to Camp Hill three years ago, and it quickly became one of our top three spots for date nights and special occasions. It was even our Valentine’s Day tradition. Unfortunately, after last nights dinner, we won’t be returning.
I chose this place for our engagement dinner because of the consistently great experiences we’d had in the past—wonderful food, drinks, and service. We had a party of 18, and some family members even drove more than 90 minutes to celebrate with us. I had spoken so highly of the restaurant, recommending dishes and building up the evening.
That’s why it was embarrassing when my grandmother and mom barely touched their meals, saying they were far too salty. My fiancé had the same dish and hers was not as salty, but they quietly let it go so as not to dampen the evening. My own entrée—the ahi tuna I’ve ordered many times before—was a complete disappointment. It arrived fully cooked through instead of seared, and it tasted nothing like it used to. It’s clear that the food has changed under the new chef, and not for the better.
The final straw came with dessert. When we asked for spoons, the staff told us they had none. My family ended up using knives and even straws, which was incredibly frustrating and embarrassing given the occasion and the effort everyone made to be there. I eventually spoke with the manager, Maggie, who was kind and offered free champagne along with comped meals, which we appreciated. Still, the experience as a whole fell far short of expectations—especially considering we spent over $800 that evening.
Sadly, what used to be one of our favorite places is no longer the same. Cheers to salty meals and champagne—but we won’t be back.
