From the prompt response for an estimate; then, meeting with John for the estimate, and finally; to the actual cleaning. On time, what he said would he would do and did, and the final result is so wonderful. Not sure if this makes a difference, but, this is a rental and he treated me and the carpet like I owned it! Highly recommend John and Harvest. As an extra bonus....very personable too!

- ESEric StahlMar 25, 20231.0DO NOT HIRE this company under any circumstances!!!! They are con artists, rookies, unprofessional, rude, threatening and just down and out awful people. They not only did not finish the cleaning, damaged our floor, late to arrive, left our house unlocked. It literally looked like they showed up, took an 8 hour coffee break then left the house!!!! Then they want to be paid! Their lack of professionalism caused us to have to hire a second company a week before a big event. One star is far too generous to give this company....disgusting service, lack of decorum. Pay the extra for professionals. These guys are hacks!
