We are Roseburg's only true Climate Controlled Mini Storage Facility. We offer storage inside of a facility that is constructed like a large house with insulated walls and 12" of insulation in the ceilings. For air circulation and mold prevention, we have (2) Forced Air Gas Furnaces in each building and each unit is vented at the top. This allows us to maintain a heated environment for your things during the cold months of the year. The significant insulation component of our facility keeps your more delicate items like electronics, fine wood furniture, important files and photos from getting baked and dried out during our hot summer days. Your items have the security of being inside our facility NOT easily accessed by would be thieves.

Access hours are decent but if you need to get in or move in or out, Outside of access hours they are most willing to accommodate most time periods with proper communication. All the property staff ive met has been very nice and helpful as needed, Unit prices are very reasonable and all units are properly cleaned and freshly painted in between storage renters i love that the facility is heat controlled which helps prevent your stuff from molding from moisture. Very secure, clean and nice facilities at very reasonable rates I highly recommend them.
