  What a joke. Having emergency issue with lock replacement. And called to see if they can help. Was told NEXT WEEK. Today is Friday, so I asked if there are any other places I can try in the area and was told "not really". I'm disabled, so I suppose I can blow off my neurologist today and not worry about groceries, camp out in my home until it's reasonable sometime next week for help removing a stripped screw. Smh.

  Doesn’t even deserve one star. The front desk girl Lisa is a horrible worker. Couldn’t get in a semi last Saturday morning. She was no help

  I appreciate the kind man that came out and changed my locks. It was a pleasant experience on an hot, hot day. My deadbolt that I was getting rekeyed did get stuck in hole and was unusable almost immediately after he left. But I called the office, he came right back and fixed it up with no additional charge nor any hassle, I feel bad for them giving me a completely new deadbolt/ extra time with no additional cost, so the least I can do is this. Highly recommend. Please use them. Thank you Hartz Co.
