I've had great experience with Harts. Both with plumbing and now electrical. Kyle came by to fix our garage light and while here discovered that our grounding wire outside had been snipped. He fixed both, and a few other things that had been on our list of to-dos, quickly and with high quality. He also is a friendly person who I felt comfortable having in my home. I would definitely hire him and Harts again for future work.

Harts was incredibly quick to respond and got us on the books for the following morning when our piped under the sink broke! The plumber that came out (Thomas) was very knowledgeable and genuine as well as kind. He answered all our questions and was very patient and set us up to have our pipes redone and get that project underway. The company was great with reaching out for scheduling and confirmation.

Tyler is amazing! He clearly knows his stuff and was very communicative, professional and had a warm demeanor. From start to finish, Tyler informed us of his plan of action, listened to our concerns and experiences with the issues at hand, and kept us in the loop as he progressed. His communication was clear, concise, and spoke in terms we easily understood as laymen. Tyler also gave us lots of opportunities to ask questions! We also super appreciated Tyler's insight on navigating these issues in the future, surveying the house for other potential concerns, and the connections that Harts has with other partners. We'd love to work with Tyler again if need be, but hopefully we won't require your assistance with any immediate issues in the future! Because of our fantastic experience with Tyler, we also signed up for the Harts Home Care Plan! All in all, we so appreciate Tyler's customer service, knowledge, skills and transparency. This trip was a disaster. Called on the phone and talked with someone about having someone come out to install a garbage disposal - specifically told them I couldn’t cut into the wall and drop the line myself, which is why I was calling them. Tech came out and quoted me $600 for the job.
Several hours later, the tech came back and told me he would have to cut into the wall (which I already told the initial dispatcher AND this person when they first arrived) so the actual estimate would be around $3,600 instead. I told them to just put it back the way they found it.
This morning I discovered that the seal on the drain they put back was done incorrectly and water has been leaking from the drain for the last couple days. So now I’m dealing with water damage on top of everything else.
Cannot recommend. Between the terrible communication, the huge price jump after supposedly looking at the job, and leaving my drain worse than they found it, this was a complete waste of time and money. Please not that since the misquoted me I only paid the trip fee of around $40.
