  I encountered one of their concrete trucks on I-40 in Winston-Salem. As it merged into my lane, the truck went over a bump, and hard concrete started raining down for a few seconds all over my car and surrounding traffic. This incident caused scratches to my car and slightly damaged my windshield. I reached out to their management for their insurance details to file a claim, but they completely ignored me. I called the company directly and was told to expect a call back, which never happened. This debris could have seriously injured someone, especially a motorcyclist. Their management lacks accountability, and based on other comments, this seems to be a common issue.

  Terrible Company, They damaged my property, won't make it good... Having to go through Magistrate to make them pay for it... They drove their cement truck on my property, off a private road and got it stuck... I have terrible ruts, imagine what a cement truck full can do to your property with the kind of rain we've had this year...

  We were told delivery would be at 1:00. Our contractor sat here until after 4:00 waiting. It is now 8:40pm and he his still stamping our patio in the dark. We love our contractor and have used him twice now for patios. However, I will NEVER again use anyone that uses Hartley Concrete. They have no consideration for others and their time. Time is money and they will never again get ours. Trust me, I will share this experience with everyone I can.
