  I remain extremely disappointed with this business. I used Angies List to find a roofer...this place had decent reviews. They sent a guy out to do an assessment. When I say I needed a roof replacement I mean I NEEDED a roof replacement (30 years old with leaking gaps)...they definitely had my business. The Assessment guy was very personable and friendly and told me he’d send an estimate by the next day via email (I wrote it down for him clearly) - I never heard another word from that company...that was end of June. Since then, my roof has been replaced by Hometech (call them if you need a roof!). Insurance covered it, they represented us with the adjuster, got us covered and installed our roof - looks great, the whole process took 3 weeks...they fixed water damage in the interior. Harry and Sons had my business for the taking, but decided I didn’t even warrant their response. I want local business to thrive, but firmly believe that should be earned. The issue is, with how we were treated, I couldn’t justify ever saying “call Harry and Sons” and would likely recommend the opposite. Additionally, my whole neighborhood needs roofs - they are all giving out...place is a goldmine. Hometech will surely benefit.

  Quality work with a fair price. My job turned into more than estimated when they got the shingles off but they did all they could to keep costs down. The foreman checked in when they found the new issue and then called with an update after.
