  We’re not very helpful at all. Signed up for a policy from 2023-2024. In 2024 they decided to auto renew this policy for another year and sent all the notices to the wrong address. We started getting collection notices for this bill at the correct address. After reaching out to selective insurance, they informed us all harry bubb needs to do is flat cancel the policy. I called harry bubb & they refused. I then sat on the line with selective who also reached out and requested harry bubb flat cancel it, they refused to for selective as well. Don’t sign anything with them unless you want them creating another contact on your behalf and not notifying you. There is nothing showing we agreed to this contract from 2024-2025. Nor did they attempt to properly notify us at our address. Why would you renew a policy without payment and without properly notifying the customer you are renewing for? They became very defensive, argumentative & rude when I pointed this out. Save yourself some time, headache & frustration & a different company.
