  Becoming a homeowner can be overwhelming from submitting the same documents sometimes 2-3 times a day or a week. At times I wanted to give up but I must say that me and my family are overjoyed with the service that Tiera provided for us. There was a moment I actually told Tiera I wanted a refund and that we wasn’t going to go through the home buying process. Tiera said no ma’am God has you and your family name on that house , Tiera has excellent customer service she held our hand as we went through the process, she was so encouraging and I must say that she was God sent! Even though we have closed on our home Tiera is still helping me and my family, she answers calls and texts even on her off days, she goes far and beyond to make sure we are satisfied! Mr. Adam the young man that went through the walk through process with us took his time to listen and answered all and any questions that me and my husband had. Mr. Aaron is such a big help he has been helping with any problems that we have come across to make sure things are getting done in a timely manner! Starlight Homes y’all are the best and without God and Tiera we wouldn’t be here! We are still in AWE at what God has done for us! If you are looking to purchase a home in the New Caney area ask for Tiera you will not be disappointed, she gone make sure you get the house you want! Thank you Tiera for everything that you have done for me and my family, we pray that God bless your career to super exceed beyond the greatest!

  Worked with Natasha and Donnie and both of them were nothing but delightful. They both go above and beyond their job and just “selling” or trying to “make a profit”. Natasha is not only very professional but she also put her whole heart into her job. Highly recommend
