  We have been customers of Harr & Associates for 10 years. I must say the customer service is incredible. Kristie is my agent and she is always prompt, professional and knowledegable, but I must say anytime I call their office, I always receive excellent service. Highly recommend them!

  Kristi Mores is the best! After our inspection, it was determined we needed to replace our electrical panel box or the insurance company would not renew our policy. We have a commercial building. She has responded to every email and answered all our questions promptly. We have been with this agency for several years and always find their service exceptional. They're honest and always make us feel like we are well taken care of.

  Kristen is very good at getting information and returning phone calls and sending emails to keep me informed. She knows her products and works very hard to get the best product available as well as the the best price. She has made my insurance shopping a pleasure instead of a chore!
