  I've called over 50 times since January and they never have breast! What Harolds doesn't ever have breast. IM SERIOUS! SINCE January 2025, EVERY TIME I've CALLED FOR A HALF WHITE, THEY NEVER HAVE BREAST! Thats a lot of money's they've missed out on with me. Today was my last try. I won't waste my time anymore.

  They have completely fell off. I ordered a 4 piece. I was hoping they would redeem themselves, but now I’m receiving old chicken after the last two times I ordered my food wasn’t right. Will not be back. Chicken was chewy and tasted old. The skin of the chicken was gummy. I will not be back!

  Very disappointed with the size of the wings that I got, 6 wings was almost $15 and they were a little bigger than cornish hen wings! for the price that they charge they need bigger wings 😔

  Harold’s never disappoints! The chicken is perfectly seasoned, the fries are always hot, and the sauce takes it to another level. Staff is welcoming and the service is quick even during busy hours.

  Every time I come here I’m disappointed. Literally just ordered two 4 wings and again my chicken look and taste like it’s been sitting all day. It’s never fresh. This is why I order here once a year it’s 5 mins from me. I never have this problem nowhere else. Best I continue to go out my way to homewood or Matteson smh
