  I used Harmony when the time came for a furnace raplacement. The sales agent was knowledgeable and helpful and patient to answer my many questions. The day of the install went smoothly and professionally. It was this experience that motivated me to recommend Harmony to my son for his furnace replacement. Overall, my interaction with Harmony turned into a wonderful experience mainly due to the courteous and warm experience I had with Tiffany. She has been a breath of fresh air when dealing with Harmony. Her professionslism and client care has been outstanding.

  I’d like to give a shout out to Willy Singh from Harmony Heating and Air Conditioning once again they did not disappoint. I had a very positive experience previously when they installed a new air conditioner so when I woke up to a very cold house and a furnace not working I called them. He came on the same day and fixed my problem. Very respectful, kind and fair.

  Colton was my technician today. It is a chilly day, and the furnace wasn’t working. Coltan quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem, and answered all my dumb questions. Thanks Colton! Hope to not see you again, any time soon. But if I do need HVAC work, Harmony is my go to.

  Go with these guys! Harmony Heating provided excellent support during the stressful time that was the death of our furnace (RIP ya old piece of crap). First, Daniel came to my house to chat about the plan and even offered to lend us some space heaters. He was so personable and kind. Then Colton and Diago arrived for the install and were very patient and professional. Even though I wasn't home during the majority of the install, or even to let them in (oops), they were awesome with my dog and so respectful of my home. They even took extra care to make sure that my fur baby was safe when they were coming in and out of my home. Daniel said they are all dog lovers, and this dog Mama certainly appreciates and values this so much! Colton and Diago explained the new system very well and took extra time with me to ensure I had the app set up properly and that I understood how to control my new furnace/thermostat. Thanks again, Harmony!
