  The HFS Team was incredible. Stephany, Arnes, and Charles were impeccable throughout the process. Their work was amazing, they listened to me and explained the process to me throughout. They were kind, respectful, and treated my home like it was their own. I would recommend the HFS team without qualification, to anyone. Exceptional service and care.

  So it's been about one month since I had my floors redone and I absolutely love them!!! The color, heritage brown, is awesome. Big shout out to Mike and his crew who let me know where we were at in the process the whole time and to Stephany who showed up to physically see problems as they popped up, you think there's hardwood under all the carpet but surprise there's a piece of plywood in between the hardwood!! I would recommend them to anyone thinking about getting their floors redone.

  HFS did an amazing job restoring and repairing our very damaged hardwood floors. We were expecting at least a week of work, but their very professional crew completed the job in half that time. The estimate that HFS gave us was very thorough and accounted for the worst case scenario so there wouldn't be any surprises, but it was adjusted down at the end to reflect only the exact services performed. Stephany is a great communicator, and we really thank her for making this a seamless experience. We can recommend HFS wholeheartedly.

  Hardwood Flooring Specialists sanded, stained, and sealed the floors in four rooms and a hallway of my house. They did a great job removing all stains from the floors; they even got into the corners. They carefully moved my furniture to the garage before and after the job. And they were always on time, a few minutes early in fact. I cannot say enough about how good they are.

  I had a flood in my house and had another flooring company come and measure and never heard back from them. I called Stephanie by mistake and she came out and measured and was so professional that I decided to go with this company. They did tile in my bathroom laminate floor downstairs carpet on my stairs and did a maintenance coat on my hardwood floors. All aspects were done professionally and quickly. Stephanie kept in contact with me the whole entire time. I highly recommend this company to anybody wanting any flooring done.
