First of all, we received the estimate (the best total price) on a very timely basis. On the date of the installation, the crew and manager arrived in a very timely manner (as agreed) and stayed until the job was completed. We really appreciated that. But most of all, the quality of the finished product was excellent, especially in the small bathroom. Though it was needed, I did not anticipate that the crew would replace the trim in the bathroom. The bathroom looks outstanding! We really love the improvement in our living room/sunroom as well. The LVP was a great upgrade to our main living area. Overall, we really appreciated the quality of the workmanship, the interactions with the professional assistants, and their completion of the project by leaving the areas clean and installing "sliders" on the furniture. The wood to match our existing floor was discontinued, but he located enough to do our job, installed it quickly, matching the boards perfectly. His great crew who was on time, a pleasure to work with, vacuumed the whole area AND wiped the floor before they left. We had them return to do another room with the remainder of the available stock, and it was a repeat of the same great performance. Highest praise and recommendation to any potential customers.
