Course was in great shape! But beware, the members here are exceptionally rude. I just got back from spinal fusion surgery and couldn’t do a lot of walking. I drove the cart a little on the fairway to help with my walking and I was screamed at and called names by 2 members that I drove my cart on the fairway on a cart path only hole.

The dinner we had on the 24th was fantastic. The pork chop and salmon were perfect. The golf course was very challenging, and the greens were in great shape. I would like to thank Ms. Amanda Withers for her hospitality and helpfulness.

Was visiting a family member and came outside to find that my windshield was shattered. Called the police who immediately said it was caused by a golf ball and located the ball. The deputy ( who was great) told me to reach out to the office and golf course to see if it could be covered because she said they have insurance or possible HOA fees. I did so and the office directed me to the golf course. I spoke to Amanda the general manager who was nasty and condescending from the beginning. She told me “ that’s what you have insurance for”. I responded that I was not an idiot and I had already contacted my insurance but had been advised by the deputy to reach out to her office. Needless, to say she continued being nasty and said there is nothing they would do. She did eventually give me a number to another office after going back and forth with her. It is costing me $548.00 to replace the windshield but that was not the worst part of an unfortunate situation. Amanda was. In response to Amanda’s reply below: You are not being truthful in your response Amanda. By stating that I had an expectation, which is incorrect. I asked a QUESTION which was suggested by the officer. It was your tone, nastiness and unprofessionalism that was upsetting as if I did not even have the right to inquire. I had never had anything like that occur and I had never dealt with a golf course. Additionally, you were extremely condescending when I was asking about if insurance or compensation was possible. I think your attempt to pretty up your behavior in your reply including adding in legal precedent is laughable. In fact, the only time you attempted to tone down your nastiness was when I called you out directly on it during our conversation. You were nasty to me and treated me like I was not worthy enough to even ask a question. Or that I was stupid for even calling which I assure you, I am not. As a professional you should not make assumptions on others knowledge of an industry that YOU work in. That does not translate well to individuals that you have to interact with. Your ability to address situations in a respectful and understanding manner is a reflection of your skill, training and growth as a manager. Clearly, you are not there. Best regards
