  Beach front building, safe with a great beach front views

  We checked in and after a little bit used the bathroom. Well water came out of the toilet and flooded the room. They warned us that there is no cable prior to check in after they received the payment. Other people in the resort have tv. We didn't care as long as we had plans for local activities . Well we found the door lock no operational so we couldn't do what we had plans until they fixed the lock. I called they told me they would send someone but they never showed up. Then the day before we are scheduled to leave they show up as we are waking up doing breakfast so there went this say as well. Not one person contacted me to let me know when and if someone was coming so we could at least be ready for them . Very unprofessional and a great big waste of money.

  We love staying at the Harbor Beach Resort. It has a large pool with a fountain and a hot tub. It is located right next to the Sun Splash Park with a beautiful playground and a fountain with access to the beach showers everything you could want for a day out with your family.
