Even when my mother (who rents from him) had to go into a nursing home, he was extremely compassionate and empathetic to the situation. The storage site and unit are very well maintained and in a safe area. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone!

What is the process to get a storage unit?
a. Identify which location is best for you.
b. Check site availability based on your storage needs
c. Based on units available at the location, check The Unit Sizes Page to assist you in determining what size unit is best for you. If you are still unsure, please call the office and we will assist you.
d. Contact the office to obtain a PDF contract.
e. PDF Contracts are sent via email, or we can set up an appointment to meet at the site.
f. Once the contract is complete and the invoice is paid the unit # will be assigned.
Is there a refund if I move out prior to my contract date?
We DO NOT prorate move-outs. Rent is paid in full on the contract due date of each month. If you move out prior to the end of your contract due date, we do not give credit for a partial month.
Is there a security deposit?
We do not require a security deposit; we do require that the monthly rent is paid on the contract due date.
