  Everything was great from setting an online appointment to confirmation, reminders and then the grooming itself. Received a text about 3 hours after dropping off my dog that she was done with the option for an online payment link. Picked up the dog and was out of the shop quickly. Everyone was friendly and attentive to our needs.

  We bring both our dog and cat here for grooming and they are fantastic. They are great about asking questions and making it clear what you are looking for. Definitely recommend.
