Nope, all you need is identification that shows you are over 21 years of age.
What are your delivery hours and how long do I have to wait?
We offer free same day delivery to almost all of Long Island, from the border of Nassau and Queens out to Montauk. Our delivery slots work in 2 hour intervals starting at 10am every day. In order to place your order for the next available slot the order must be placed at least 30 minutes prior to a delivery window’s start time. So if you would like your order to arrive between 10am-12pm then it must be placed prior to 9:30am. You can also order for a delivery window up to 3 days in advance. If you would like a call prior to delivery or would like to request a certain time within a window please leave your request in the notes and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
I got a confirmation email through Aeropay but never heard anything else about my order. Where is my delivery?
Hello, did you also receive an email confirmation from Happy Days? If not, we unfortunately do not have your order. Aeropay is a third-party payment provider similar to PayPal. Please note that there is an occasional glitch where Aeropay loses connection to the order when new accounts are being set up for Aeropay. You will never be charged until we complete an order so you do not need to worry about submitting an order again. We do apologize for this but, If we do see your preauthorization, we can input your order manually but only if payment authorization is seen in our portal. If not, you can re-place your order and you will only get charged for what gets delivered. Aeropay gets a pre-authorization, we complete the transaction after we deliver to you.
What do we need upon delivery?
Someone over the age of 21 with a valid (non-expired) government issued photo ID must be present to accept your order. We need to see a physical copy and take a photo of the ID. Any digital copies will NOT be accepted, and we will not be able to complete delivery as we must comply with state regulations. Also, a signature is needed to record that the delivery was received.
What is Aeropay and is it safe OR Why do I need to use Aeropay, can’t I pay with Cash?
Yes, Aeropay is safe, it is very similar to PayPal. It is a form of a pre-authorized digital payment bank to bank ACH. New York State regulations require that all delivery orders be pre-paid prior to us dispatching an order. Also, since cannabis is still federally illegal we are limited to certain bank to bank (ACH) transactions as card providers networks run on federal rails that strictly prohibit the purchase of any federally illegal goods. Trust us if we could accept other payment methods we would.
Why does Aeropay state I have insufficient funds when I have more than enough money in my account?
Aeropay looks back within the last week or so when it comes to funds and looks at what is the available balance vs any pending transactions. Since Aeropay is a third-party company they oversee any payment approvals. We can email our inside rep at Aeropay to see if they can run a manual refresh of the account balance. Once they confirm how/when we can process your order, we can give you a call back and let you know. In order to submit this request to AeroPay we need First and Last name, phone number associated with order, and order total. ***(Justin will email over and call back the customer when he gets an answer).
I can’t use my points. How can I use my points for delivery?
Since our developers still have not been able to get our menu to communicate point redemptions to our point of sale terminals please leave your request for point redemptions in the delivery notes confirming what point redemption you would like to redeem. Let us know how many points you would like to redeem, and dispatch will update our points and price of delivery on their end. We will manually adjust your payment amount prior to capturing the funds and this will be reflected in the receipt stapled to the delivery bag.
