  Chris, my technician showed up right on time and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He provided an honest assessment of the repairs needed on my garage door and thoroughly explained everything. He also provided several options on a new door which is probably the most financially sensible option. I look forward to working with him and his company after I research and decide on some options and details to finalize the design.

  Josh came out very Prepare, prepare prepared He knew his business studied the doors. I had to explain the difference between the metal doors, the composition doors and the wood door. He was easy to understand and made it Easy for me to understand. He is a real asset to your company. Cindi Bone

  Eric did a great job explaining what was happening with our garage door and providing all the information we need to make a decision. Managers -- Eric is a very valuable employee! Eric completed a full installation of new springs, new motor, and new rollers. Now we have a garage door that is just like new! Great job. We would highly recommend!

  Did a nice job going over all the repairs and gave great suggestions on the care and safety of the motorized system. Explained the spring system and how it works and showed me where the danger lies with too small a spring installed by earlier repair people. I am impressed with Besser’s Customer Service Department going that extra miles and listened to my concerns. The technicians that helped me with my service calls were knowledgeable, curious, professional and very helpful. Ten out of ten for Josh and Jose. They know their stuff. Thank you. Terry

  Eric’s professionalism really stood out. He did a thorough job, carefully inspecting every part of my garage door and making sure nothing was overlooked. He even tracked down a mysterious noise I’d been troubleshooting for weeks, which was such a relief. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing it right. His recommendations were honest and easy to trust, and the quality of his work was excellent from start to finish.
