    As new patients, we were treated with dignity and respect with our two senior cats. As we transferred from another vet, who seem to treat the animals as cash cows, we were thoroughly explained what our options are, for continued senior care and keeping our cats healthy. The attention and compassion and time taken with us is appreciated.

    I had the best experience at Hanover yesterday. Everyone was so kind and patient and thorough with my kitten. I got in right away for my appointment and everything went smoothly. I absolutely recommend them and will be taking all of my fur babies there from now on!!

    Best Vet Clinic in this area!!! They are truly a "FEAR FREE" facility. Everyone from the doctors, the techs, the front desk and the manager are all very helpful and friendly.

    DO NOT use this place. SO unreliable, scammers, unprofessional. We had an appointment to drop our pet off for blood work and their doors were locked. Waited in a foyer area for 45 minutes- knocking and calling the office until someone finally came. No apology, just blamed it on a short staff. Then have NO problem TAKING YOUR MONEY and try really hard to upsell anything they can. Then, they don't call you with the results of the test and when they're supposed to call meds in like they say, they actually don't. And when you call them for a week because your pet is puking and needs her meds, they never answer. You leave messages for an entire WEEK and still NOTHING. They leave numbers for other places for after hours and they won't do anything unless it's an "ER". Get your crap together, scammers!
