That makes you better in-front of other ppl who came to get some guidance or help. We dont have to know your procedure, thats why you are there to show, inform in advance. Understand, you are having tons of ppl every day, but not giving hard time and not yelling I would like to get good service as well. If you think only your perspective, then it would be really tough.
