  Is there some way to contact someone higher up the "food chain" for a store that consistently doesn't restock an item they've had on "Currently unavailable" for 6+ months despite my respectful mention to register workers, one manager/supervisor that was called over by a register worker, and the "Contact Us" link on the Hannaford website while I instead buy it from the Market Basket 1.9 miles away? Sparkling ICE Lemonade 12-pack.

  This store is well-organized and offers a diverse range of products. The service we received at their pharmacy was impressive enough to warrant a review. The pharmacy team demonstrates a strong commitment to customer care, consistently exceeding expectations to provide assistance. I strongly endorse the Westbrook Hannaford store, especially their pharmacy services.

  I understand that there’s been an uptick in shoplifting due to inflation/price increase, but this is a multi-billion dollar company and if you’re going to put security in here, at least spend the money to make it function properly. The self checkout at the grocery store I’ve been coming to for years flagged me because the camera incorrectly thought I was trying to steal a single package of baby food, accusing me of not scanning the pouch before putting it my bag (the cashier came over, rewatched the camera footage while I stood there embarrassed, then confirmed the camera’s error)- but would never have a feature that would alert me if I was double charged or if I accidentally scanned a $16 cut of steak twice. A $1.55 package of baby food. This was the last Hannaford experience I will have, there are plenty of local places to support.

  An appointment was made at this Hannaford for a COVID Vaccine and it was very professional and on time. The staff was great and the Doctor was also. I appreciate them taking the time to deliver a vaccine. There were other customers and all were treated the same. Thank you so much.
