They just say call customer service. Ive had 2 cards replaced just this year. Unless you pay in cash, Please do not shop here! If you want more of what I went through, Ill be more than happy to let you know. They pass the buck on their accountability. Remember they had a data breach: they still have a problem! Shaws in Nashua uses paypal which is a MUCH safer option. Because I use my debit card, I cannot safely purchase from Hannaford anymore. I will be switching to Shaws in downtown Nashua. Sad but Hannaford has gotten sloppy and these fraudulent charges and disregard for their patrons is inexcusable at this point. They used to be helpful to me but now Its just a worry and concern every time I shop. Again, for your financial safety, please use another Grocer for your daily and weekly needs!
