  Excellent quality meats!! We love the low-sodium Wildflower Honey Ham from the deli too!

  They need to go back to the old containers for the leftover chicken. You finally find some that have sauce and there's no way to heat ot up anymore. The sauce burns if its in a bowl.

  I don't understand how hard it is to do your job. I worked retail for 34 years until my accident and since May 2023 have become dependent on Hannaford to do my shopping for me as my ability to walk the store is limited. Everytime I order I have issues but I have no choice but to have your people do my shopping. My last order i called and complained to the young man and he told me well we have the right to substitute items. I told him I always write a note to the shopper not to send any substitutions for any items ordered. He said well that's your problem. I let it go because I really don't want to be that customer. My order today again problems a note to the deli please slice my turkey thin thank you. No thick sliced is what i received, Wise chips 2 inch tear in the bag grease all over the bottom of the paper bag so why if the bag has no air in it would it be alright to send it to a customer? Then I ordered a Red Baron Pizza was sent Digioro. Yes with todays groceries I again wrote a note to the shopper please do not send any substitutions for any items ordered thank you. It's not that difficult to read a customer's order and follow directions at least I didn't find it difficult when it was my job. I don't want to lose Hannaford as my grocery store but I am losing respect for your store. Please talk to your people maybe a little refresher or retraining with details is needed.
