They've been extremely attuned to my needs always asking if im ok during the procedure and any gesture i make they are on it. The initial appointment i had my daughter with me and they were very accommodating to her. They asked questions according to what I had said to them the last time, the first time i had expressed that my daughter was away for a couple weeks and they remembered she was coming back the next day after my appointment. Great feeling going into a place that normally people are afraid to go to. A warm welcome place to go. They explain things in lots of detail give you suggestions and lots of information about why that happens or how etc. Which I love. 5+++ rating from me. See you for my next cleaning.
