If you're sensitive to heat I'd def stick with no heat. The medium is pretty hot and the hot is hot. The mild has a nice amount of tame heat if you want just a little kick.

They charged my card with tip paid in advance. I arrive 15 minutes later to be told by staff that the system is old and they need to make my food from scratch right then but it will take 5 minutes. 17 minutes later I am still waiting. Yikes! Food is good but beware of ordering online.

Frustratingly, when I ordered online they ga e a scheduled pickup time in 15 minutes, but then the food was not ready for another 10 minutes after I arrived even though the store was not busy. Worse, they then shortchanged me on my order and did not give me the side of fries that I had paid for.
